Enabling growth via creating meaning out of the experienced challenges. How do we practise and nourish resilience; how do we become acceptive and appreciative towards the different chapters in our lifetime? 

What if life was a book - what could be the meaning of each paragraph and if each chapter, if everything was meant to be aligned? What if we understood the value of being able to pause for a second before jumping into the next life chapter.

Understanding the true power of time and timing.  Harmonising our whole selves together with the external experiences we have and have gone through.

Do we approach life as "it is just happening TO us"  or do we take more responsibility of "how we can CREATE more life". 

Realising how I can release myself from the previous imprisoned self - both metaphorically and physically. How can I break through my own version of my "prison" in order to let my passions speak and express themselves through my actions?
