Fan The Flames
I believe we all have a flame, spark, desire, or idea and potential inside us, and our invitation/role/work is to Fan that Flame until it turns into a roaring fire, a sparkling star, or a guiding light. As coaches, therapists, and facilitators, we all have the desire to support the growth of those we work with. We often do this through conversations, so let’s have more of those conversations, sharing what we do and why.
